1. Agreement
By accessing or using Invoxa Technologies' website, platform, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services Description
Invoxa provides document intelligence software including OCR extraction, structured data output, archival features, and related integrations. Features may change as the product evolves. We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee error-free extraction for every document.
3. Account Access
Platform access is provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@invoxatechnologies.online.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload unlawful content; attempt to breach platform security; reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law; use the Services to infringe third-party rights; or resell access without written authorization from Invoxa.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of documents and data you submit. You grant Invoxa a limited license to process, store, and transmit content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit materials for processing.
6. Intellectual Property
Invoxa retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our technology or trademarks.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Enterprise agreements may include separate service level terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law & Contact
